Joe joined Newmarket Strategy in April 2026 as Consultant in the Strategic Government Affairs team. He brings five years’ worth of experience in health and life sciences, working at both an industry trade association and a prominent patient organisation. During this time, he has developed a rounded understanding of UK life sciences landscape and complex issues impacting patients’ ability to access care and treatment, particularly in the case of rare diseases. He has worked closely with key stakeholders in both capacities to raise awareness of, and untimely overcome, these barriers.
