Ella joined the Government Affairs team at Newmarket Strategy as a Consultant in May 2026. She brings experience working with pharmaceutical and MedTech organisations on policy, regulation and NHS decision-making. Her experience includes supporting engagement with Parliament and working with cross-sector coalitions and parliamentary groups. She studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford.
