Berkeley has nearly three decades of experience in advising organisations at national and international level. A specialist in market access and external affairs in the life sciences sector, Berkeley has been involved in hundreds of health technology assessments and commissioning decisions (including nearly 30 NICE appeals). He provides training and senior counsel to a number of high-profile organisations and individuals, providing perspective and strategic oversight. As one of Newmarket Strategy’s senior partners, Berkeley oversees the management of the company’s clients and provides support and guidance to its staff. Prior to founding Newmarket Strategy, Berkeley enjoyed a varied career in market access, political consultancy and issues management.
