Shaleena is a Manager in Newmarket Strategy’s Service Strategy team, supporting clients across health systems, investor and commercial landscapes to unlock growth and strengthen market positioning. Her work spans market scoping, system and pathway design, partnership strategy and local market access.
Before joining Newmarket Strategy, Shaleena worked at EY in Business Consulting, delivering strategic and operational transformation programmes across complex organisations. She brings experience in structured analysis, business case development, stakeholder engagement and multi-workstream programme delivery.
Shaleena holds degrees in Health and Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington, providing a strong foundation in health systems, policy and commercial strategy.
