Isaac joined Newmarket Strategy from NHS England where most recently he led on technology prioritisation for NICE’s Early Value Assessments, as well as other initiatives such as the Health Technology Acceleration and Adoption Fund. Isaac also acted as Head of Office to several Directors at NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care.  Prior to working at national level, Isaac established the Children and Young People’s Transformation team at Whittington Health, including the co-location of acute paediatric services in North London during the pandemic, and later as an Innovation and Research Fellow.
Isaac also has experience in the private sector where he has worked with IBM on price modelling and exploring the commercialisation of products in the UK and Europe. He has led commercial strategy and partnerships at Arete Medical Technologies for the last 4 years and continues to do so in tandem with his role at Newmarket.
